Who we are

YourStory runs this private portal for invited athletes, observers and the programme team. Data is stored in the European Union.

What we process and why

• Name and email — to give you your account and contact you about the programme.
• Travel times, pickup needs, phone and nationality — to organise arrivals and give visa guidance.
• An emergency contact — to reach someone if something happens during the programme.
• What you've opened or ticked off — so you can see your own progress.

We don't collect passport copies or numbers, health, allergy, clinical or reflection answers.

Who can see it

Only you and the YourStory team for your cohort, as needed for their role. Other athletes never see your details.

How long and your rights

Nothing is deleted automatically until a retention period is agreed. You can ask for a copy of your data or for deletion at any time from My details, and you can complain to your data protection authority.
